I am still catching up on past events that have happened since I last posted.
July 15th
Terri told us that we could come and see Sassy whenever we would like to, so we decided to go when Terri was going to work with her and ride her. Unfortunately my job interfered with this, so I didn't get to go, but Mom went and told me all about it. Apparently Terri has trained her to ground tie, which is really good for Sassy. She is a Right-Brained Extrovert, so for her to be able to stand still is really good and shows her trust in Terri as a leader. Terri had a lesson to teach, so she basically just taught her student from Sassy's back, giving Sassy some rest time which is what she needs because she gets anxious once under saddle and thinks she has to do something, and she needs to know that it is possible to just sit. I heard that there was a bunch of "ugly faces" made by Sassy, no surprise there, but Terri just ignored and didn't take it personally. All in all, I think Sassy is improving and enjoying her life there much more than she did while she was at our house.
