Undemanding Time

Today I went out to spend some undemanding time with Woody in the field. So, I took my book and went to sit under a tree and was followed by two very curious horses. Woody came up first and he ate at the tree, sniffed me, licked my leg, and then tried to put his foot on (nose, neck, maybe feet? Haha.) which I gently corrected by driving him back. He soon got bored by me reading and went to eat grass, at which point Charlotte came up to see what I was doing. After a while it began to rain so I had to go back inside, but I think it was good for Woody to get some downtime and know that every time I go out there doesn't mean he gets haltered or ridden.
